The unwavering support from colleagues and school leadership has been crucial, reinforcing the significance of collaboration, innovation, and ongoing professional development. I’ve found the process to be incredibly empowering, as it not only affirms the dedication and hard work that goes into teaching but also inspires me to continue striving for excellence. Through this journey, I've gained a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment, knowing that my efforts are making a meaningful difference in the lives of my students, colleagues and the wider school community.’ said Jessica.
