Edition Ten | 6th May 2020

One way to improve our mental health is to use our energy in a way that adds value to the lives of others. Helping others by seeking opportunities to voice concern about social injustice and taking action to rectify those injustices are mutually beneficial actions; it helps others while improving our own mental wellbeing. With Jesus as our teacher, giving ourselves over to love can be part of the remedy for our own anxiety and fear.
